By browsing this website, creating an account, uploading files, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use together with any other policies referenced on the relevant page.

If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the website and related services.

You are responsible for ensuring that account details, contact details, business details, shipping information, and uploaded specifications are accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that takes place through your account unless caused by our own security failure.

You may use the quote tools to request pricing for custom 3D-printed parts and related products. Quote outputs, previews, and automated estimates are based on the information and files you provide and may change if the data is incomplete, inaccurate, or technically unsuitable for production.

You must only upload files, text, and instructions that you have the right to use. You confirm that your uploaded models, designs, and specifications do not infringe third-party intellectual-property rights and are lawful to manufacture, export, import, and deliver.

You may not use the website to upload malicious code, interfere with system availability, scrape the service unlawfully, impersonate another party, or request products that are illegal, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise prohibited.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused or where the request creates legal, safety, or operational risk.

We may update, suspend, or remove website features, pricing logic, payment options, shipping methods, or quote workflows at any time to maintain, improve, or secure the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every quote, upload, or checkout feature will always be available.

The website design, branding, text, software, and non-customer content are owned by or licensed to Oknytt3D and may not be copied, distributed, or reused except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

You retain your rights in the files and materials you upload, but you grant us the limited rights needed to review, process, quote, manufacture, fulfil, support, and document your order or request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, quote availability, upload issues, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer or product law, including rights relating to defective goods.

We may photograph parts we produce and display those photos in a public "recent jobs" gallery on this website to show examples of our work. Gallery items are shown in an anonymized form and do not include your name, contact details, uploaded files, order number, or exact order date.

Whether photos of your order may appear in the gallery is controlled by a consent choice presented at checkout. Consumer orders are included by default unless you opt out at checkout; business orders are excluded by default unless you explicitly opt in. Photos are only ever published after a part has been produced and a person has reviewed them.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@oknytt3d.se, and we will remove the related gallery item. If your account is deleted, related gallery items are removed or anonymized.
