2. How orders are formed

Products may be offered either as standard store items or as quote-based custom-manufacturing work. An order is not binding on Oknytt3D until we have accepted it and the checkout flow or manual review flow has been completed.

Checkout submission, payment authorization, or an order-confirmation receipt does not by itself mean that production has started or that we have irrevocably accepted every quoted price or order term. We may review an order before manufacturing begins and cancel it with a full refund if acceptance would otherwise result from a clear pricing mistake, technical malfunction, security issue, abuse, file problem, or other material operational error.

For custom parts, quote outputs depend on the file, settings, materials, geometry, production feasibility, and delivery information supplied by the customer.

3. Quotes, pricing, and taxes

Quoted prices may be updated before acceptance if the submitted file, specifications, quantities, delivery assumptions, or manufacturing requirements are materially incomplete, inaccurate, or changed.

We also reserve the right, before manufacturing starts, to correct, refuse, or cancel an order and issue a full refund where a quote or price was affected by a pricing bug, technical malfunction, security incident, suspected manipulation, corrupted data, or other system or operational error that materially impacted the order terms.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices are shown in the checkout currency and include any taxes that we are legally required to display at checkout for the selected market.

4. Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include PayPal, Swish, and invoice for approved business orders.

Payment-method availability can vary by customer type, region, cart content, or operational review requirements.

5. Invoice terms for business customers

Where invoice payment is offered and accepted, the invoice payment term is 14 days from the invoice date unless another written term is expressly agreed for that order.

Late payment may result in reminders, statutory late-payment interest, recovery costs, delayed fulfilment on future orders, or suspension of further invoice access where permitted by law.

6. Production, shipping, and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates unless we explicitly confirm otherwise. Manufacturing lead time for custom parts may change based on workload, quality review, machine availability, file quality, or required follow-up.

Risk passes according to applicable law and the selected delivery method. You are responsible for checking delivery details before completing the order.

7. Priority (express) production

Priority production is an optional paid upgrade that may be selected at checkout. When added, we guarantee that production of the order begins within 24 hours of confirmed and cleared payment for that order. Production often starts sooner.

The priority fee is 50% of the quoted print value for the order, subject to a minimum of 250 SEK / 25 EUR, whichever is higher. The fee is shown before checkout and is itemised on the order confirmation. The upgrade must be selected at the time of order placement and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already in production.

The 24-hour guarantee covers the start of production only, not delivery or transit time. Shipping and delivery are separate and are handled under section 6. The guarantee window is measured in calendar hours from the point at which payment is confirmed and the order is accepted for manufacturing.

The guarantee is paused where an order cannot enter production for reasons outside our operational control, for example where an uploaded file is unmanufacturable, requires clarification, fails technical review, or where additional information or a revised quote is needed. The window resumes once the issue is resolved.

If we fail to begin production within the guaranteed window for reasons within our control, the priority fee for that order will be refunded. This refund of the priority fee is the sole remedy for a missed start guarantee and does not by itself entitle the customer to cancel the order or to any further compensation.

Because priority production reserves machine time and moves the order ahead in the queue, the priority fee is non-refundable once production has begun within the guaranteed window, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Your statutory rights regarding the manufactured goods themselves are unaffected.

8. Cancellations and order changes

Orders for standard store items may be cancelled before dispatch where operationally possible. Custom orders may only be cancelled before production starts or before we have committed material and machine time to the job.

We may also cancel any order before manufacturing starts and provide a full refund if we discover that the order was affected by a quote-engine malfunction, software bug, security event, misuse, technical feasibility issue, or other material error that makes the quoted price or production terms unreliable.

If you request changes after checkout, we may require a revised quote, updated lead time, or additional payment before continuing.

9. Defects, complaints, and remedies

If a product is defective, damaged in a way covered by law, or materially different from the accepted order specification, contact us as soon as possible at the address above with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where relevant.

Where required by law, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

10. Governing consumer protections

These Terms of Sale are intended for a Sweden and EU launch. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in the customer's country of residence continue to apply where required by law.
