Most quote-based 3D-printed parts and custom-manufactured items are made to the customer's specification or are otherwise clearly personalized for that order.

For those custom-made products, the ordinary EU consumer 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the item is produced to your specification, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If you buy a standard non-custom product and EU consumer withdrawal rules apply to that purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided the item is returned in the condition required by applicable law.

To exercise a withdrawal right, contact us before returning the item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Unless the return is due to a defect, shipping error, or another legal obligation on our side, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods for a non-defective withdrawal return.

Returned items should be packaged appropriately and include the order details needed to identify the return.

The limitation on withdrawal for custom-made goods does not remove your rights if the product is defective, wrongly manufactured, damaged in a way covered by law, or otherwise non-conforming.

If there is a defect or fulfilment error, contact us without undue delay with the order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant so we can assess the remedy.

Where required by law and appropriate to the case, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued using the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.

Because custom 3D printing is specification-driven, customers should review dimensions, material choices, tolerances, finishing requirements, and delivery details carefully before accepting a quote or placing an order.
